Of which: the above-ground building area is about 213420 ㎡ (the residential building area is about 155612 ㎡, the commercial building area is about 20096 ㎡, the kindergarten building area is about 3510 ㎡, the household garden 25000 is ㎡, and the others are supporting and overhead floors); the underground building area is about 58000 ㎡. The construction contents include residential, commercial, kindergarten and public supporting service facilities, including civil engineering, decoration engineering, water supply and drainage engineering, electrical engineering, heating and ventilation engineering, fire protection engineering, night scene engineering, outdoor pavement, outdoor greening, ancillary roads and other infrastructure supporting projects.

① Design scope: including but not limited to construction drawing design, basement BIM pipeline comprehensive optimization collision design, special design and secondary deepening design, as well as subsequent design services such as guidance and cooperation services during construction, completion acceptance and as-built drawing, approval and review; The design scope includes but is not limited to the red line of the building. The interconnection and connection between the water supply, sewage, rainwater, network (communication), monitoring, cable TV, natural gas, etc. of the project and the project shall be considered in the design, and all the functions and effects of the project must be met. Including but not limited to: aboveground construction works (civil engineering, installation, etc.), basement works (civil engineering, installation, civil air defense works, etc.), construction and installation works, daylighting roof works (if any), steel structure works, prefabricated, energy-saving monographs and other special designs related to this project, green building design, outdoor works (excluding landscape), Connection between signs and municipal pipe network and related supporting facilities; Construction and installation works include but are not limited to building, structure, water supply and drainage, electrical, ventilation and air conditioning, air conditioning, fire protection (including underground fire pool), integrated pipeline, strong and weak electricity, energy saving, environment, intelligent engineering, night scene engineering design, civil air defense and other professional engineering design (including doors and windows, steel structure, seismic support and detailed design), guiding signs, garage moving line design; BIM technology is applied to basement engineering and prefabricated buildings to guide the design of construction drawings.
② Construction scope: including but not limited to all buildings, structures, earthwork, pile foundation, foundation pit support (foundation pit dewatering), permanent retaining wall, decoration works (including fine decoration of exhibition area, model house, public area, overhead floor, etc.), installation works, fire protection works, curtain wall works, landscape works, civil air defense works, Daylighting roof works (if any), guiding sign works, floor paint works, traffic facilities and traffic marking works, HVAC system, permanent drainage works, outdoor integrated pipe network layout, FTHH network integrated wiring, power distribution works in front of meters, communication works, signal coverage, cable TV, residential network, aviation obstruction lights (if any), outdoor ancillary works, seismic support works, The construction of night scene engineering, elevator installation, civil engineering, pre-embedding, intelligent pre-embedding, assembly building and other specialties, and the application of BIM technology to guide the construction of basement buildings. The construction scope does not include the water supply works, gas works, signs and intelligent works in front of the meter. In accordance with the current national specifications, regulations, technical standards for construction projects and the requirements for the overall use of all functions of the project, the work contents that must be completed shall be handed over as a whole through acceptance.
③ Procurement scope: procurement of all materials, equipment and facilities required within the scope of the subject matter (excluding elevators purchased by the Employer).
④ Others: The EPC Contractor must be responsible for the contact, cooperation, service, coordination and management with other contractors and material suppliers of the subcontracted project. And provide construction conditions, relevant facilities, safety management and overall planning of progress, quality, safety, civilized construction, data management, etc., until the completion of relevant completion record acceptance and filing materials within the scope of general contracting of the project. The EPC Contractor shall be responsible for assisting the Employer in handling all approval and construction application procedures related to planning and construction.

Quality requirements: ① The design documents must comply with the standards, specifications, regulations, quotas, methods formulated by the relevant departments and the requirements of the Employer, and can pass the review of the relevant administrative departments and construction drawing review agencies, and the prefabricated buildings must pass the evaluation and confirmation of the prefabricated buildings made by the construction administrative departments according to the regulations; ② Comply with the Code for Acceptance of Engineering Construction Quality and reach the Quanzhou Quality Engineering Standard, and the prefabricated building must be certified by the construction administrative department as required; ③ The procurement and installation quality must meet the requirements of the tenderee and the quality specifications formulated by the relevant departments.
