On November 23, Zha Jun, Secretary of the Wuxue Municipal Party Committee of Hubei Province, took the "four not two straight" approach to go deep into the front line of key projects such as Yadong Cement Phase II and Marine Engineering Equipment, and made secret visits to supervise the progress of project construction, the implementation of safe production and the protection of ecological environment.
At the construction site of Yadong Cement Phase II Project, the construction workers are seizing the favorable weather to grasp the construction, which is a hot construction scene. Zha Jun inspected the construction progress of the new dry process cement clinker production line on the spot, exchanged with the person in charge of the enterprise in depth, and understood in detail the construction planning, production process, material storage and matching of the main project. Zha Jun affirmed that enterprises should strictly implement the responsibility system of safety production and ecological environmental protection, and organize construction forces to work overtime.
He urged enterprises to always put the quality of the project in the first place, strictly abide by the bottom line of quality, safety and environmental protection, standardize the construction process, strengthen site management and control, and promote the project construction well and quickly.
It is reported that on February 20, the Hubei Development and Reform Commission issued a list of provincial key projects in 2025, including the second cement clinker production line construction project (7266t/d) of Wuxue Manufacturing Plant of Huanggang Yadong Cement Co., Ltd.
Huanggang Yadong Cement Co., Ltd. plans to invest 325 million yuan to build a 7266t/d new dry process cement clinker production line , with an annual output of 2398000 tons of clinker and 3 million tons of cement, and a rotary kiln as the main equipment. Advanced six-stage preheater with new dry pre-decomposition firing process outside the kiln is adopted, as well as supporting cement grinding, mine raw material base, wharf, 5MW photovoltaic power generation project, public and auxiliary facilities.
