24 November, The Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau of Beihai City, Guangxi, issued a public announcement on the approval opinions on the environmental impact report form of the proposed " Ruijing 5GW High-efficiency Photovoltaic Module R & D and Manufacturing Base Project ".
According to the announcement, the project, with a total investment of 2 billion yuan , is located at the northwest side of Xinggang South Road, Tieshangang Donggang Industrial Park, Hepu County, Beihai City, Guangxi, with a construction land area of 98286.05 The construction period is 5 months .
This project is a new project, which is mainly engaged in the manufacture of photovoltaic high-efficiency modules. The main production processes include scribing, welding, cutting, laminating, laminating, edge cutting, framing and junction box installation. The project plans to set up two production lines , the capacity of a single production line is 2.5 GW/year , and the total production scale of the project is 5 GW/year .
The project construction unit is Ruijing Energy (Beihai) Co., Ltd. which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Skyworth Aixu (Beihai) Solar Energy Technology Co., Ltd. It will invest in the construction of Ruijing 5GW high-efficiency photovoltaic module R & D and manufacturing base project based on Aixu Group's BC technology (back contact battery technology). According to
public information, Skyworth Aixu (Beihai) Solar Energy Technology Co., Ltd. is a joint venture between Zhejiang Aixu Solar Energy Technology Co., Ltd., a holding subsidiary of Aixu Group, and Skyworth Photovoltaic. Aixu Group holds a 25% stake in the joint venture through Zhejiang Aixu and provides technical advisory services.
