In 2024, the third round of provincial ecological environment protection supervision feedback, "Anhui Zongyang Conch Cement Co., Ltd. Waste gas automatic monitoring equipment on-site inspection operation is not normal, monitoring data is not true.". The waste gas monitoring equipment of 1 # and 2 # station buildings was supplied with high standard gas, and the display value of the data acquisition instrument was "0"; the flue sectional area of the waste gas monitoring equipment of 1 # and 5 # kiln tail was inconsistent with the actual situation, and the monitoring data was distorted for a long time. The problem has been rectified and passed the verification and acceptance. According to the requirements of the Implementation Measures for Rectification of Ecological and Environmental Problems in Anhui Province, the completion of the rectification of the problem is announced as follows:
I. Rectification of the problem
The automatic monitoring equipment for waste gas of Anhui Zongyang Conch Cement Co., Ltd. was not in normal operation during on-site inspection, and the monitoring data were not true. High standard gas is supplied to the waste gas monitoring equipment of 1 # and 2 # station buildings, and the display value of the data acquisition instrument is' 0 '; the flue sectional area of the waste gas monitoring equipment of 1 # and 5 # kiln tail is inconsistent with the actual situation, and the monitoring data is distorted for a long time.

The sulfur dioxide display value of the data acquisition instrument is 0 because when the sulfur dioxide emission value measured by the analyzer is lower than 0.01 mg/m ³, the display result is 0, which is transmitted to the data acquisition instrument. Because the sulfur content of the raw materials used by the company is very low, the value of 0 occasionally occurs.
2. "The flue sectional area of 1 # and 5 # kiln tail waste gas monitoring equipment is inconsistent with the actual situation, and the monitoring data has been distorted for a long time." After verification, the flue sectional area parameters of 1 # and 5 # kiln tail waste gas monitoring equipment are set correctly and consistent with the actual measured values, which are 23.8 ㎡ and 31.8 ㎡ respectively. The existing problem is that the cross-sectional area of the comparison report issued by the third party is inconsistent with the actual situation, which is caused by the error filled in by the staff of the third party testing company. The original report has been withdrawn and the report has been changed. The enterprise has been required to urge the third party to strengthen the audit of the comparison report to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of the report.
