Recently, the Department of Ecology and Environment of Hunan Province issued a public announcement on the list of new A-level, B-level and leading enterprises in the first batch of key industries in Hunan Province in 2025.
The announcement said that according to the Ministry of Ecology and Environment's "Technical Guidelines for Formulating Emergency Emission Reduction Measures for Key Industries of Heavily Polluted Weather (Revised Edition 2020)" and the relevant requirements of supplementary explanations, the Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment organized and carried out the performance grading evaluation of key industries of Heavily Polluted Weather in the whole province, which was self-declared by enterprises, preliminary examination by municipalities and prefectures, and provincial data. There are 24 new A-level, B-level and leading enterprises in the province, and the list is now publicized for the period from August 4, 2025 to August 19, 2025. During this period, all sectors of society are welcome to supervise. If there is any objection, please specify the reasons for the objection and relevant supporting materials. The performance classification list of key industries in
heavily polluted weather will be dynamically adjusted according to the performance level of enterprises in pollution control, and the enterprises found to have fraudulent declaration materials, or found to fail to meet the requirements of the corresponding level indicators in the supervision of ecological environmental protection and daily law enforcement, or failed to meet the requirements during the period of heavily polluted weather. If the deep treatment and transformation are completed and the performance level of pollution control is improved, the change application can be put forward.
It is reported that the first batch of performance ratings of key industries in heavy polluted weather in Hunan Province in 2025 were added to the list of A-level, B-level and leading enterprises involving six key industries (branches) of cement. Among them, there are two enterprises to be rated as B-level, namely Shaoyang Southern Cement Co., Ltd. and Hunan Jinlei Southern Cement Co., Ltd; There are four leading enterprises to be evaluated, namely, Hunan Jingyue New Material Co., Ltd., Hunan Zhuzhou Nanfang New Material Technology Co., Ltd., Shuangfeng Conch Green Building Material Co., Ltd., and Yiyang Chuangxin Construction Investment Co., Ltd.
