Recently, after 98 days and nights of continuous struggle, the SCR denitrification system transformation project of the 10,000-ton cement clinker production line of Jidong Cement Tongchuan Co., Ltd., contracted by Dunshi Construction Company, was successfully put into operation on July 22! This is the first 10000-ton cement line SCR project completed by the company, and also another key breakthrough in the field of large-scale SCR denitrification technology in the cement industry. The key to the success of the
project lies in the precise control of the core construction stage from the completion of the civil foundation to the full operation of the system. On April 15, the project ushered in the first major node-the capping of the civil frame structure! Faced with the challenges of limited site, intersection with production line and complex basic conditions, the project department carefully organized and efficiently cooperated to complete the pouring and capping of the main frame with high quality, laying a foundation for the subsequent installation of SCR system.
From April 16 to July 22, the 98 days were the decisive stage for the success or failure of the project. All the members of the project department devoted themselves to the race against time and difficulties with the attitude of "starting and sprinting". Overcome the four major problems:
First, the space is limited, in the original production line framework, the installation of a huge SCR reactor and supporting system with a length of 13.15 meters, a width of 10.4 meters, a height of 43.5 meters and a weight of 295 tons is difficult in space utilization and process coordination, and each step of hoisting, positioning and welding must be very precise;
Secondly, the project needs to be constructed under the operation of raw material system and firing system of clinker production line. The mode of "production and transformation at the same time" brings safety pressure. High temperature environment, large-scale hoisting and high-altitude hot work are intertwined. The safety risk prevention and control network needs to be tightened at all times and can not be neglected at all;
Third, due to the urgency of the construction period, in order to minimize the impact on the owner's production, the contract period is extremely compact, so it is necessary to scientifically co-ordinate and deeply optimize the construction plan, and set up a special team to tackle the key path to implement precise breakthroughs;
Fourth, the precision of technology, the precise installation and sealing of catalyst modules in high temperature environment, the strict docking of complex flue systems, and the precise debugging of ammonia injection control logic, each of which is a test of technical foundation and management precision.
Safety and quality are the bottom line
. The project department always insists on the scheme first. Through repeated site investigation, BIM technology simulation deduction, innovative use of split hoisting, modular installation and other processes, it not only resolves the space constraints, but also greatly improves the construction efficiency and safety; The implementation of grid safety management, through daily risk assessment, pre-shift safety call, pre-shift safety disclosure and the whole process of key process supervision and other measures, weaves a dense safety defense line to achieve zero accidents throughout the project.
Adhere to the "model guide" and strictly implement the three-level quality inspection. From material entry control to each weld inspection and each equipment commissioning, strict inspection is carried out layer by layer to ensure that the system is accepted and put into operation successfully at one time.
On July 22, with the successful operation of the system, the real-time monitoring of environmental emission data showed that it was better than ultra-low emission standard. The successful completion of the 10000-ton cement SCR project marked an important breakthrough in the construction of large-scale and complex environmental protection projects.
