Recently, the Hainan Provincial Office of Industry and Information Technology issued a notice on the task list of diagnostic services for industrial energy conservation and carbon reduction in 2025.
According to the Circular of the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on the Issuance of the Task List of National Industrial Energy Conservation and Carbon Reduction Diagnostic Services for 2025 (Letter No.304 of the Office of Industry and Information Technology), it was determined that the winning bid Hexin (Beijing) Certification Co., Ltd. would provide this year's industrial energy conservation and carbon reduction diagnostic services for six enterprises in our province. Now the task list is issued and the work requirements are put forward:
First, raise awareness and strengthen organization and coordination. Under the background that the dual control of energy consumption is gradually shifting to the dual control of carbon emissions, the local competent departments of industry and information technology should seize the opportunity of this public welfare energy-saving and carbon reduction diagnostic service, actively mobilize the diagnosed enterprises to cooperate with the service agencies, coordinate the problems arising in the service process, and make the diagnostic service process guaranteed and the results effective.
Second, grasp the direction and improve the quality of service. Service organizations should find out the shortcomings of enterprises in terms of production process, key product equipment, energy structure and energy system optimization, energy management and carbon management system construction, and on this basis, put forward suggestions on energy-saving and carbon reduction transformation measures in terms of technology, equipment and management. At the same time, according to the relevant national standards, industry standards and recommended group standards of product carbon footprint, product carbon footprint accounting is carried out.
It is reported that in the list of diagnostic service tasks for industrial energy conservation and carbon reduction in Hainan Province in 2025, The diagnosed enterprises involved in the cement industry are: Changjiang Huasheng Tianya Cement Co., Ltd., China Resources Cement (Changjiang) Co., Ltd., Hainan Changjiang Conch Cement Co., Ltd., and Changjiang Huasheng Cement Grinding Co., Ltd. Among them, the cities and counties of the diagnosed cement enterprises are all Changjiang, with the product carbon footprint accounting as the service direction, and the diagnostic service is provided by Zhongbiao Hexin (Beijing) Certification Co., Ltd.
At present, the cement industry is facing the double test of energy saving, environmental protection and industrial intelligence upgrading. In order to implement the relevant policy requirements and accelerate the green low-carbon transformation and high-quality development of the cement industry, China Cement Network is scheduled for September 23-24.
