In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Measures for the Implementation of Capacity Replacement in the Cement and Glass Industry (2024 edition) (No.206 of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology) and the relevant policy requirements for capacity management in the cement industry, and in accordance with the verification opinions of the Bureau of Industry and Information Technology of Zaozhuang City and Weifang City. The capacity replacement scheme of the 4000t/d new dry process cement clinker production line of Tengzhou Dongguo Cement Co., Ltd. and the 900t/d environmental protection demonstration technical transformation project for co-disposal of domestic sludge and domestic waste is now publicized.

On August 6, the Shandong Provincial Office of Industry and Information Technology issued a public announcement on the replacement plan for the supplementary capacity of the cement clinker production line of Dongguo Cement Co., Ltd.
