Announcement of Energy-saving Renovation Project of Shandong No.1 140,000t/a Special Cement Clinker Line

On August 4, the Shandong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology issued the Announcement on the Replacement of Cement Clinker Production Capacity of Shandong Yunhe New Materials Co., Ltd. In accordance with the requirements of the Implementation Measures for Capacity Replacement of Cement Glass Industry (2024 edition) (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology [2024] No.206), the replacement of cement clinker capacity of Shandong Yunhe New Materials Co., Ltd. is now publicized.

According to the announcement, the replacement capacity of the energy-saving transformation project of the special cement clinker production line of Shandong Yunhe New Materials Co., Ltd. is 140,000 t/a, the replacement ratio is 1:1, the planned commencement time is September 2025, and the planned ignition and commissioning time is August 2026. The transferred capacity is from Shandong Yunhe New Materials Co., Ltd., including one Φ2.5m × 50m rotary kiln with a capacity of 90,000 t/a and one 1.9 m × 39m rotary kiln with a capacity of 50,000 t/a, which are planned to be dismantled and withdrawn before the new line is ignited and put into operation (January 2026).
