Recently, the lower reservoir project under construction of Yongan Pumped Storage Power Station in Fujian Province, a key national "14th Five-Year Plan" project, has been accused of serious jerry-building problems in dam construction. The project is constructed by the Third Hydropower Bureau, a subsidiary of China Electric Power Construction Corporation.
According to the report, the anchor bar pile used for the key reinforcement of the dam abutment was originally designed to be 12 meters long, but in fact it was only 3 to 5 meters, and the shortest was less than 2 meters. The cement mortar pouring was seriously insufficient, and a bag of cement was used for more than 10 pile holes, and only the orifice was simply sealed to cope with the inspection; In addition, the reinforcement cage that should be welded as a whole has the situation of less welding, no welding or even false reinforcement, and some grouting pipes are omitted. The above phenomena may lead to a 30% -50% reduction in slippage resistance, resulting in rock dislocation and even collapse, which has great potential safety hazards.
