The meeting pointed out that in the first quarter of this year, the Group adhered to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, comprehensively implemented the major decision-making and deployment of the Party Central Committee, earnestly implemented the work requirements of SASASAC of the State Council, firmly grasped the main line of high-quality development, and refined the implementation of the "two excellent and two heavy" market strategy around the "seven major tasks" established at the beginning of the year. We will vigorously implement the "116" project management system, accelerate the development of new industries, urban renewal and urban operation, further promote the strategic linkage development of sub-enterprises, continue to steadily expand overseas markets, and smoothly achieve a good start in the first quarter. The meeting emphasized that we should accurately grasp the current development situation, maintain the spirit of sprinting at the beginning, closely follow the national development policy, actively respond to new market conditions and changes, thoroughly implement the "seven major tasks", transform policies and opportunities into confidence in development, and transform pressures and challenges into driving forces for development. We should earnestly implement the work requirements of SASASAC of the State Council to enhance the "five values", firmly establish the concept of high-quality development, insist on taking good orders and projects, insist on doing every project well, consolidate the quality of institutional development, increase the revitalization of stock assets, and jointly promote enterprises to embark on the road of sustainable development with quality. We should continue to strengthen and optimize the main business, scientifically plan market layout, enhance the leading role of design, vigorously expand infrastructure business, actively develop urban renewal and urban operation, continue to consolidate the overseas development trend, strengthen the support and guarantee for project performance, strengthen inventory reduction and investment control, and make every effort to complete the annual target task. We should conscientiously do a good job in the payment of small and medium-sized enterprises, insist on collecting and paying together, show a serious attitude and a strong sense of responsibility, establish and improve an open, fair and just disposal mechanism, and earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of subcontracting and distribution.
