The batch of unqualified products totaled 100 tons, all of which had been sold out, the selling price was 140 yuan/ton, the value of goods was 14000 yuan, and the purchase price of raw materials was 130 yuan/ton.
Although the enterprise had raised objections to the inspection results, the objection was not established and the original inspection conclusion was maintained after being reviewed by the Shandong Provincial Market Supervision Bureau. According to the relevant provisions of the Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China, the law enforcement department imposed an administrative penalty of confiscating 1000 yuan of illegal income and imposing a fine of 24000 yuan on the company.
