National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC): Study and Formulate Standards for Determining the Cost of Price Disorder Competition

In order to implement the spirit of the sixth meeting of the Central Committee on Finance and Economics and the relevant requirements of the Announcement on Governing Price Disorderly Competition and Maintaining Good Market Price Order (Announcement No.4, 2025 of the General Administration of Market Supervision of the National Development and Reform Commission), on November 24, the National Development and Reform Commission held a meeting with relevant departments and relevant trade associations. To study and formulate standards for determining the cost of price disorder competition and other related work.

The meeting pointed out that at present, the problem of disorderly price competition in some industries is still prominent, some enterprises are not in place to implement the requirements of regulating price competition behavior, and even there are still acts that disrupt the market price order. The National Development and Reform Commission, together with relevant departments, will continue to promote relevant work, control the disorderly price competition of enterprises, maintain a good market price order, and promote high-quality development.
