On November 26, the first deep foundation pit floor of Foshan Dali Dongxiu Commercial and Residential Land Project, which was constructed by China Railway Tunnel Bureau Group Construction Co., Ltd., successfully completed concrete pouring, marking a phased breakthrough in project construction, formally shifting from foundation pit construction to a new stage of main structure construction, and pressing the acceleration key for the "dream of living in peace" of 2975 relocated residents.
The project is located in a typical urban village area, where the geological conditions are extremely complex, the muddy soil and rock strata are interlaced, the rock surface is undulating, and there are old foundations and many karst caves in the underground area, forming a complex geological problem. The concrete pouring volume of the floor is about 2000 m ³, which is large, the continuous operation time is long, and the construction organization is difficult.
Faced with a series of challenges, the project team jointly worked out a special construction plan scientifically, adopted the dynamic dewatering measures of "digging while draining", synchronously improved the water interception and drainage system, effectively controlled the groundwater level, and reduced the risk of water gushing at the base. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the construction, three day pumps were put into operation at the same time to ensure the efficiency and continuity of pouring. In addition, as an important carrier for China Railway Tunnel Bureau to serve the "Millions of Projects" in Dawan District, the Party branch of the project takes the Party building as the leading force to create a "hundred trillion" sharp knife company party building brand, transforms the advantages of the Party organization into the power of construction and production, and builds a solid organizational guarantee for the safe and rapid progress of the project. The successful pouring of the
first floor has created a stable working environment for the subsequent construction of the main structure, and consolidated the livelihood foundation of the relocated residents. The project team will take the floor slab as the "first project", closely adhere to the labor competition requirements of "fighting for the fourth quarter and winning the goal", further strengthen the process cohesion, optimize the allocation of resources, strive to sprint the annual target task on the premise of strictly abiding by the safety and quality bottom line, and build a new benchmark for urban renewal and livelihood improvement with the "acceleration of the tunnel".
It is reported that Dali Dongxiu Commercial and Residential Land Project is located in Dali Town, Nanhai District, Foshan City. It is an important livelihood project for Nanhai District to implement the "High-quality Development Project of Hundreds of Counties, Thousands of Towns and Thousands of Villages". The overall construction content consists of three parts: Area A, Area C and the allocation project inside and outside the red line. Among them, Area is planned to be a two-storey basement, 16 high-rise residential buildings with 30 to 33 floors and corresponding supporting facilities; Area C is mainly to build a primary school and its ancillary facilities. The project covers a total area of about 107,600 ㎡, with a total building area of 493,300 ㎡, covering an above-ground building area of 381,800 ㎡ and an underground building area of 111,500 ㎡. In addition, the allocation and construction projects inside and outside the red line have also been promoted simultaneously, including three municipal roads, a municipal park, open park green space in Area and comprehensive management of water conservancy and rivers, which together constitute a modern urban residential area with perfect functions and complete supporting facilities.
