CEMEX, S.A.B. DE C.V.，又称墨西哥水泥公司(简称CEMEX或西麦斯)是一家上市公司，于1906年在墨西哥北部成立。1990年之前公司只在国内发展水泥业务，2000年后，大量收购海外公司，通过其直接和间接的子公司经营其水泥、熟料混凝土和骨料业务。
母公司Cemex，S.A.B.de C.V.，Cemex Espa，于2012年在西班牙组建资本股份公司(Sociedad anóNima)，同年Cemex Latam控股公司在马德里商业登记处注册。此后公司间接控股在哥伦比亚、哥斯达黎加和危地马拉的子公司。而Cemex旗下的全球混凝土业务是由在危地马拉地区的一家Cemex Guatemala的子公司：Global Concrete运营。图1：Cemex股权结构图，如下所示：
