special treatment of leakage is the "basic project" of equipment operation and maintenance. The company takes the maintenance and routine inspection of 1 # 2 # kiln system and 2 # crusher system as an important opportunity to accurately investigate the hidden dangers of equipment and build a working mechanism of "all-round investigation, inventory management and closed-loop management". Up to now, the completion rate of treatment has reached 92.98%, 27 equipment have reached the standard of "Red Flag Equipment", and 29 equipment have achieved the goal of "no leakage on site, equipment to see the true color". In order to dig out the surplus value of waste equipment and materials, the company has established and improved the management mechanism of repairing and utilizing waste, clarified the repair standards, process specifications and incentives, and encouraged employees to repair and reuse the dismantled equipment and accessories. This measure not only improves the cost awareness and maintenance skills of employees, but also fully mobilizes the initiative and enthusiasm of all employees to participate in cost reduction and efficiency enhancement. Up to now, the company has carried out 272 projects of repairing old and utilizing waste, successfully repaired key spare parts such as vibrating feeder motor, frequency converter air conditioner, roller crusher reducer, and saved the purchase cost of spare parts by 4.1671 million yuan, which significantly enhanced the competitiveness of enterprises in the market.

In order to reduce the cost of outsourcing maintenance, the company encourages employees to overcome equipment failures independently by improving the training system, improving the assessment mechanism and optimizing the incentive policy, so as to stimulate the enthusiasm of the whole staff to learn maintenance knowledge and improve practical skills. The company accurately combs the idle assets of Xiangshan Branch Kiln Mill System, Zhongcheng Branch Cement Mill, Xiangcheng Branch Old Mixing Station and other areas, and establishes a "one thing, one yard, dynamic update" idle assets account. Combining with the actual production needs of each factory area, through extensive mobilization and publicity, the company's branch factories comprehensively promote the internal adjustment and utilization of idle assets. At present, 63 idle equipment have been adjusted and reused, and the total cost of equipment procurement has been saved by about 3.19 million yuan, which effectively reduces the waste of resources and improves the efficiency of asset use.
