On November 26, Jinyu Group announced that the company held the seventeenth meeting of the seventh board of directors on November 25, 2025 to consider and adopt a number of important bills. The
appointment of Mr. Zhao Xinjun as a non-executive director of the seventh session of the board of directors of the Company and the appointment of Ms. Yin yuanping as an independent non-executive director of the seventh session of the board of directors of the Company were approved at the meeting.
At the same time, members of the professional committees of the Board of Directors were elected at the meeting, including Zhao Xinjun and Yin yuanping as members of the Strategy and Investment and Financing Committee, Kong Qinghui and Yin yuanping as members of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee, and Kong Qinghui, Zhao Xinjun and Yin yuanping as members of the Audit and Risk Management Committee, with terms of office consistent with those of the seventh session of the Board of Directors.

Zhao Xinjun, born in February 1967, is currently the party secretary, director, chairman and legal representative of Tianshan Materials Co., Ltd. Mr. Zhao graduated from China Europe International Business School with a senior engineer, senior economist and EMBA degree. Mr. Zhao started his career in December 1986 and served as vice president, executive vice president, president, deputy party secretary, chairman and party secretary of Xinjiang Tianshan Cement Co., Ltd.
Huang Wenge, born in September 1972, is currently the chief auditor of BBMG Corporation. Mr. Huang graduated from Harbin Institute of Technology with a bachelor's degree in industrial accounting and obtained a master's degree in business administration from Wuhan University of Technology. Mr. Huang started his career in August 1996 and successively worked in Beijing Cement Plant Co., Ltd., Cement Business Department of BBMG Group, Cement Branch of BBMG Corporation and other units. He was the director of the asset management department of BBMG Corporation, the secretary of the Party branch of BBMG Finance Co., Ltd., the chairman of the board and the chairman of BBMG Financial Leasing Co., Ltd., and the director of BBMG Financial Leasing Co., Ltd.
Huang Qian, born in December 1988, is currently the general counsel and head of the legal compliance department of BBMG Corporation. Yin yuanping, born in March 1956, holds a bachelor's degree in economics and is a member of the Communist Party of China. Ms. Yin has more than 30 years of corporate management experience.
