Gezhouba Group was fined for using substandard building materials in project construction

State Railway Administration, the Chengdu Railway Supervision and Administration recently issued "Open Information on Administrative Penalties 2025" No.3 (hereinafter referred to as "Open Information"). According to

the Open Information, on March 26, 2025, the Chengdu Railway Supervision and Administration ordered China Gezhouba Group Co., Ltd. to make corrections in accordance with Article 64 of the Regulations on Quality Management of Construction Projects and Article 65, paragraph 1, of the Regulations on Quality Supervision and Management of Railway Construction Projects. An administrative penalty of a fine of 75 yuan 66742. In accordance with the provisions of Article 73 of the Regulations on Quality Management of Construction Projects and Article 71 of the Regulations on Quality Supervision and Management of Railway Construction Projects, the directly responsible persons in charge and other directly responsible persons of China Gezhouba Group Co., Ltd. shall be fined 3470.62 yuan respectively.
