On April 7, Xuancheng Emergency Response Bureau issued the Information Form of Law Enforcement Situation and Law Enforcement Decision of Xuancheng Emergency Response Bureau (March 2025). Recently, Shaanxi Market Regulatory Bureau issued a list of unconditionally approved operator concentration cases from July 28 to August 3, including the new joint venture between Shanghai Zhiheng New Energy Co., Ltd. and China Resources Power Holdings Co., Ltd. and the acquisition of part of the business of Yaobai Special Cement Group Co., Ltd. by Anhui Conch Cement Co., Ltd. The trial was concluded on August 1, 2025.
