The publicity period is from November 19, 2025 to November 25, 2025. According to
the announcement, Hequ Zhongtianlong Cement Co., Ltd. transferred its 2500t/d production capacity to Shuozhou Shanshui New Era Cement Co., Ltd. The company's existing production capacity is 4500t/d, the new production capacity is 1666t/d, the supplementary production capacity is 6166 t/d, and the replacement ratio is 1.5: 1.
It is reported that the project of Shuozhou Shanshui New Age Cement Co., Ltd. with a daily output of 6166 tons of cement clinker is scheduled to start construction in January 2026 and put into operation at the end of March 2026.
