Two cement enterprises in Zhejiang were fined for false tax payment

Recently, Huzhou Tax Bureau imposed administrative penalties on two cement enterprises in its jurisdiction for tax violations according to law. Zhejiang Huayuan Cement Co., Ltd. and Huzhou Linliang Cement Co., Ltd. were fined for false tax declaration.

According to the tax penalty decision, Zhejiang Huayuan Cement Co., Ltd. (Unified Social Credit Code: 913305031469857897) violated the first paragraph of Article 63 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Tax Collection and Administration by making false tax declaration. The Tax Bureau of Huzhou City imposed an administrative penalty of RMB 17,814.87 (Document No.: Hu Shui Ji Fa (2025) No.52).

Huzhou Linliang Cement Co., Ltd. (Unified Social Credit Code: 91330502786405412C) was also fined 68,807.21 yuan by Huzhou Tax Bureau according to the same legal provisions for the same nature of tax violations (Document No.: Hu Shui Ji Fa (2025) No.54).
