Shangfeng Cement: Shangfeng Holdings pledged 24 million shares of the Company

Shangfeng Cement announced on the evening of November 24 that Gansu Shangfeng Cement Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as the "Company") had recently received a notice from its controlling shareholder, Zhejiang Shangfeng Holding Group Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "Shangfeng Holding"), that part of the company's shares held by Shangfeng Holding had been pledged. The number of pledged shares is 24 million.

As of the date of this announcement, the total number of shares pledged by Shangfeng Holdings and its concerted actors is about 117 million shares, accounting for 36.43% of its shares.
