On the one hand, we will accelerate the revision of the price law. The draft amendment further clarifies the criteria for identifying unfair price behavior such as low-price dumping, focusing on the behavior of excluding competitors or monopolizing the market, dumping below the cost price, and bringing services into the scope of low-price dumping regulation. At present, the draft amendment is soliciting opinions from the society, and valuable opinions from all walks of life are welcome.

On the other hand, we should strengthen policy publicity and reminders. Select the industries with prominent "involution" competition problems, carry out targeted cost surveys, find out the production and operation situation, and urge enterprises to consciously regulate price behavior.
