Recently, the National Public Resources Trading Platform released a number of information related to the "East Section of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 20 Phase I and East Extension Project Civil Engineering".
Project overview: Shanghai Rail Transit Line 20 Phase I East Section and East Extension Project mainly runs along Guangzhong Road-Guangling 1st Road-Shuidian Road-Changzhong Road-Zhengli Road-Nenjiang Road-Zhouhai Road. The total length of the line is 21.179 km, all of which are laid underground, with 14 stations, and the average distance between stations is about 1.507 km. It includes seven transfer stations. They are Liangcheng Road Station (transfer with Line 19), Jiangwan Town Station (transfer with Line 3), Shanghai University of Finance and Economics Station (transfer with Line 18), Sanmen Road Station (transfer with Line 10), Nenjiang Road Station (transfer with Line 8), Gongqing Forest Park Station (transfer with Line 24), Pudong North Road Station (transfer with Line 21). A Huadong Road depot is set for the Project, which is located in the plot enclosed by Jihai Road, Huadong Road and Gangjian Road and connected to Xinyuan Road Station, with a land area of about 28.63 hectares. East China Road Depot is mainly responsible for the regular repair of the allocated vehicles of the line and the parking, train inspection, washing, biweekly and bimonthly inspection of some allocated vehicles. A main substation is set up, namely the main transformer of Gongqing Forest Park, which is shared with the planned Line 24.
