of the terminal after optimization and upgrading Huzhou Southern Logistics was registered and established in June 2012 and undertook the construction of the logistics base project. Huzhou Southern Logistics actively responded to the call and cooperated with the local government to shut down the "scattered, chaotic and poor" small wharfs and the comprehensive environmental renovation work along the 301 Provincial Highway, which launched a special battle for centralized renovation of wharfs. After nearly two years of field investigation and design, the logistics base project wharf project started in October 2014 and was completed in October 2016. A modern and intensive bulk cargo wharf with 10 500-ton bulk cargo loading and unloading berths and an annual throughput capacity of 11.25 million tons stands at the source of the so-called "Oriental Little Rhine River" Changhushen Channel. It has built the largest bulk cargo terminal in northern Zhejiang, continuously transported products to downstream cities, and opened a new mode of river-sea intermodal transport.
At the same time, in order to effectively solve the problems of the local government due to the excessive number of transit vehicles and the "scattered, chaotic and poor" situation of the wharf in Changxing Port Area, the pressure of environmental protection and the huge pressure of highway transportation, vigorously promote the transformation and upgrading of enterprises, and achieve win-win social and economic benefits of enterprises. The first and second phases of the logistics base transit warehousing and transportation project were successfully started in October 2016 and December 2019, respectively, with the strong support of China Building Materials and Southern Cement. optimization and upgrading has a maximum transport capacity of 3000 tons per hour, an annual transport capacity of 17 million tons, and a total length of 35.5 kilometers. The first and second phases of the transit storage and transportation project across Zhejiang and Anhui provinces have been completed and put into operation. The completion of the transit warehousing and transportation project has created the first "all-electric logistics" mode of all-electric transportation, all-electric warehousing, all-electric loading and unloading, and all-electric berthing ships in China, and the "zero-emission" transportation throughout the country, the longest "air transport corridor" of cement clinker in the country, which can be used for cement enterprises along the line from Xinhang Town, Guangde City, Anhui Province, to Xiaopu Town, Changxing County. At the same time, it reduces the traffic of about 3400 vehicles/day on Provincial Highway 301, replaces 3241.81 tons of standard oil annually, reduces the 22844 of CO2 emissions by 0.80 tons, greatly reduces the pollution of vehicle exhaust emissions, improves the environmental quality of the local area, and effectively solves the traffic difficulties of Qingniu Line, Meihuai Line and some sections of Meishan to Xiaopu on Provincial Highway S10. It has achieved better economic, environmental and social benefits, and has been praised by government departments and society. After
