Recently, The People's Government of Qianxi City, Bijie City, Guizhou Province issued the first public participation announcement of the environmental impact assessment of "Guizhou Qianxi Southwest Cement Co., Ltd. 3000 t/d cement clinker production capacity replacement and co-disposal of general solid waste project".
This supplementary capacity replacement project is located in Fengshou Village, Greening Township, Qianxi City, Guizhou Province, in the existing cement clinker production line plant area of Guizhou Qianxi Southwest Cement Co., Ltd.
It is proposed to use the existing one 2000t/d cement clinker production line to supplement the cement capacity replacement project, and the supplementary capacity comes from the capacity index of the 2500t/d cement clinker production line of Guizhou Southwest United New Material Technology Co., Ltd.
The clinker production index of 1500t/d is reduced and replaced by 1000t/d clinker production capacity according to the proportion of 1.5: 1, which is used to supplement the capacity of the existing 2000t/d clinker production line of Qianxi Southwest Cement Co., Ltd., and the surplus 1000t/d clinker production capacity index is arranged separately by Guizhou Southwest United New Material Technology Co., Ltd. After the
capacity supplement, the clinker production line of Guizhou Qianxi Southwest Cement Co., Ltd. was expanded to 3000t/d , and the cement kiln was used to co-dispose of general solid waste for raw material and fuel substitution, and the denitrification system was upgraded and transformed. The public auxiliary works rely on the existing facilities in the plant area.
