The annual production capacity of 64 production lines of Huaxin, Jidong, Tianrui, Beifang, Shanshui and other cement enterprises is calculated by 270 days.

On April 3, the Economic and Credit Department of Hubei Province issued the "Announcement on the List of Cement Clinker Production Lines and Enterprises with Production Time Calculated by 330 Days and 270 Days".

Among them, the annual production days of 18 cement enterprises are 270 days, and that of one cement enterprise is 330 days.

On April 2, the Liaoning Provincial Office of Industry and Information Technology issued a public announcement on the number of days for calculating the annual production capacity of cement clinker production lines in the province, saying that according to the requirements of the relevant documents of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and other four ministries and commissions, the number of days for calculating the annual production capacity of cement clinker production lines should be determined according to the feedback from the provincial departments and the reporting situation of enterprises. After verification, there is no cement clinker production line approved for 330 days in our province at present, and there are 46 production lines approved for 270 days. The relevant information is now publicized.

Cement clinker production line annual production capacity calculation days verification rules

1. The calculation days should meet one of the following three conditions according to 330 days:

1. The production line whose energy efficiency reaches the benchmark level and completes the ultra-low emission transformation of the whole process and whose environmental protection performance reaches A-level enterprises;

2. 100% acid production co-production line by use calcium carbide slag and other wastes to replace limestone or phosphogypsum;

3. 100% production line for ferric (sulfur) aluminate cement.

II. If one of the following two conditions is met, the number of days shall be determined as 270 days:

1. Production lines of enterprises with environmental performance of C level or below and energy efficiency below the benchmark level;

2. Production lines with energy efficiency below the benchmark level.

3. For production lines other than those mentioned above, the number of days for calculation shall be determined as 300 days.
