In response, Zhejiang Guangda said in its lawsuit request that Zhejiang Suote be ordered to file a malicious intellectual property lawsuit and immediately stop the act of filing a malicious intellectual property lawsuit; He demanded compensation of 5 million yuan for economic losses. He also asked to apologize to Zhejiang Guangda and eliminate the influence in the prominent positions of official media accounts such as Zhejiang Soter's official website, Legal Daily and the first edition of China Intellectual Property Daily.
In response to the counterclaim, Dike said in its announcement on the 23rd that its subsidiary, Zhejiang Sott, had raised an objection to the jurisdiction of the case to the undertaking court and applied to transfer the case to the Hangzhou Intermediate People's Court for trial; In addition, Zhejiang Sott submitted a change of lawsuit request to the Zhejiang Provincial Higher People's Court, applying for the addition of "the defendant immediately stops manufacturing, selling and promising to sell photovoltaic conductive silver paste series products infringing the plaintiff's invention patent No.201180032701.8" in the original lawsuit request.
