In accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's "Measures for the Implementation of Capacity Replacement in Cement and Glass Industry (2024 edition)" (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's original [2024] 206) and related documents, Heilongjiang Jinyu Jidong Shuangyashan New Age Cement Co., Ltd.
