On July 25, the Department of Economy and Information Technology of Hubei Province issued the announcement of the supplementary capacity replacement plan for the cement clinker production line project with a daily output of 7200 tons of Yangxin Washi Green Building Materials Co., Ltd.
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Circular of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on the Issuance of the Measures for the Implementation of Capacity Replacement in the Cement and Glass Industry (2024 Edition) (No.206 of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology) and the relevant policy requirements for capacity management in the cement industry, The supplementary capacity replacement plan for the cement clinker production line project with a daily output of 7200 tons of Yangxin Queshi Green Building Materials Co., Ltd. has been publicized, and no objection has been received during the publicity period, which is hereby announced.
This announcement is only a necessary condition for the implementation of the project. The enterprise shall complete all the procedures for the new project filing, energy conservation review, environmental assessment, emission permit and production permit, and complete the removal and acceptance of the main equipment transferred out of the production capacity before it can produce according to the new filing capacity.
The plan shows that the original 6200t/d cement clinker production line of Yangxin Queshi Green Building Materials Co., Ltd. needs to be supplemented to 7200t/d. Yixing Jinshu Cement Co., Ltd. transfers 2000t/d production capacity to Yangxin Queshi, with replacement ratio of 2:1.
