Shut down! Two clinker lines of a cement plant in Henan Province of China Building Materials have all been withdrawn.

According to the release of Henan Provincial Office of Industry and Information Technology, the two clinker production lines of Henan Tongli Cement Co., Ltd. Production capacity is used to replace and supplement the production lines of other companies in the region. On

July 23, Henan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology issued the "Announcement on the Supplementary Capacity Replacement Scheme of Anyang Zhonglian Cement Co., Ltd. 4500 Tons Daily Cement Clinker Production Line Project and Zhumadian Yulong Tongli Cement Co., Ltd. 4500 Tons Daily Cement Clinker Production Line Project".

The replacement plan shows that the supplementary capacity of Anyang Zhonglian 4500t/d clinker production line is 500t/d, and the capacity after supplementary is 5000t/d. The transferred capacity is Henan Tongli Cement 2500t/d production line (1000t/d for this project), and the replacement ratio is 2:1. The supplementary production capacity

of Zhumadian Yulong Cement 4500t/d clinker production line is 1000t/d, and the capacity after supplementary is 5500t/d. The transferred production capacity comes from Henan Tongli Cement 2500t/d production line (1500t/d for this project), and the replacement ratio is 1.5: 1.

On July 10, Henan Provincial Office of Industry and Information Technology issued the "Announcement on the Replacement Scheme of Supplementary Capacity for the Production Line Project with a Daily Output of 4500 Tons of Cement Clinker of Luoyang Zhonglian Cement Co., Ltd. and the Production Line Project with a Daily Output of 4500 Tons of Cement Clinker of Luoyang Huanghe Tongli Cement Co., Ltd.".

The replacement plan shows that Luoyang Zhonglian Cement 4500t/d clinker production line has a supplementary capacity of 500t/d, and the supplementary capacity is 5000t/d. The transferred capacity comes from Henan Tongli Cement 2000t/d production line (1000t/d for this project), and the replacement ratio is 2:1. The supplementary capacity of

Luoyang Huanghe Tongli Cement 4500 clinker production line is 500t/d, and the capacity after supplementary is 5000t/d. The transferred capacity is from Henan Tongli Cement 2000t/d production line (1000t/d for this project), and the replacement ratio is 2:1.

It is reported that in January this year, Henan Industry and Information Technology Office issued a notice on the cancellation of a 4500 t/d clinker production line to be constructed by Tongli Cement Co., Ltd., saying that it was cancelled because Henan Tongli Cement Co., Ltd. voluntarily decided not to implement the above-mentioned project. According to

the original plan, Tongli Cement plans to build a 4500t/d new line through the technical transformation of two old lines in the plant area.
