According to the Administrative Licensing Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on Safety Production Licenses (Decree No.397 of the State Council), and the Measures for the Implementation of Safety Production Licenses for Non-Coal Mining Enterprises (Decree No.20 of the former General Administration of Safety Supervision). According to the application of Chizhou Emergency Management Bureau and the cancellation procedure of safety production license, 27 non-coal mining enterprises, such as Laoshan Sandstone Mine of Anhui Chizhou Conch Cement Co., Ltd. It decided to cancel the safety production licenses of 27 non-coal mining enterprises such as Laoshan Sandstone Mine of Anhui Chizhou Conch Cement Co., Ltd.
According to the Interim Provisions on the Procedures for Cancellation of Safety Production Administrative License of Anhui Emergency Management Department (Anhui Emergency [2018] No.14), enterprises whose safety production license has been cancelled should stop production activities and submit the safety production license to the Provincial Emergency Management Department. Emergency management departments at all levels should strictly supervise and strictly investigate and punish illegal production and operation without a license.
