Linwei District Market Supervision Bureau recently held an administrative interview with key industrial products manufacturers such as food-related products, cement , fertilizer and electric blankets.
At the meeting, the situation of quality supervision and spot checks of key industrial products at the national, provincial, municipal and county levels in the first half of 2024 and 2025 was reported. The production enterprises that failed to pass the spot checks should be rectified immediately, and the main responsibility of product quality should be strictly implemented. Enterprises are required to conduct self-examination and self-correction, comprehensively investigate whether production is carried out in strict accordance with relevant laws, regulations and technical standards, and rectify the problems found, so as to effectively improve product quality.
At the meeting, the participating enterprises were organized to study the Implementation Plan for the Construction of the Quality and Safety Traceability System for Key Industrial Products of the Market Supervision and Administration Bureau of Shaanxi Province (hereinafter referred to as the Implementation Plan) and the Operation Manual for the Quality and Safety Traceability Platform for Key Industrial Products of Shaanxi Province. All products that implement production license and compulsory certification management carry out quality and safety traceability, requiring 100% of the product manufacturers that implement production license and compulsory certification management in their jurisdictions to complete the filling of product quality and safety traceability, thus greatly improving the accuracy and efficiency of product quality and safety management, and ensuring that product quality problems can be accurately traced and quickly disposed of.
At the meeting, the participating enterprises signed the Letter of Commitment for Law-abiding Operation of Key Industrial Product Manufacturing Enterprises, requiring the production enterprises to strictly abide by the safety management system and operation rules stipulated in the production of industrial products, and to ensure the safety of themselves and others in the process of safe production. Strictly fulfill the social responsibility of honest management of industrial products and the management responsibility of quality control in the whole process, and firmly adhere to the bottom line of quality and safety of key industrial products. A total of 14 key industrial product manufacturers participated in
the interview. Through administrative interviews, minor problems or hidden dangers were found, which played a good role in reminding, warning and preventing, and was conducive to achieving all-round and full-coverage supervision and governance.
