Wang Kedong summarized and reviewed the main work in the first half of the year from five aspects: the steady improvement of market competitiveness and profitability, the continuous consolidation of lean management and cost advantages, the acceleration of transformation and upgrading and green development, the obvious effect of compliance management and safety development, and the comprehensive deepening of Party building leadership and discipline inspection and supervision. The solution path and scheme are put forward. Regarding the work in the second half of the year, Wang Kedong made a detailed analysis of the macro situation, industry situation and business environment, put forward the overall work ideas for the second half of the year, and defined the KPI index plan. He proposed to focus on the following six aspects: the first is to anchor the improvement of efficiency as addition; the second is to anchor the improvement of quality and efficiency as subtraction; the third is to anchor the optimization and upgrading as multiplication; The fourth is to anchor the quality of assets to do division; the fifth is to focus on consolidating the risk defense line and showing new achievements in promoting safety; the sixth is to focus on deepening the discipline inspection of Party building and showing new achievements in strong leadership. Yin Qunhao requested that all departments and enterprises should organize and convey the spirit of the meeting at the first time to ensure that all staff's thoughts and actions are unified with the company's decision-making and deployment and the objectives and tasks for the second half of the year. At the same time, we should focus on the key points, refine the task decomposition according to the work report, formulate specific implementation plans, clarify the main body of responsibility, work standards and completion time limit, and ensure the effectiveness of the work deployment.
The meeting was held in the form of on-site + video conference, including members of the leading group of China United Cement, managers above the middle level of the headquarters, general managers and market leaders of the marketing centers of each district, and directors of the procurement and supply centers of the supply chain management department. General manager, deputy general manager of production, chief financial officer (person in charge), leader in charge of commercial mixing business, and person in charge of grinding branch of each member enterprise attended the meeting in the main venue; middle-level and above management personnel of each member enterprise attended the meeting in 42 sub-venues with nearly 500 people.
