As of November 16, 19 traditional (non-carbide slag) clinker production lines in 23 cement clinker production lines in Ningxia have all implemented kiln shutdown measures in accordance with relevant requirements. The cement clinker production line in the whole region will be shut down for 136 days in the winter and spring of 2025-2026. During the period of off-peak shutdown, the carbon dioxide emission will be reduced by 8.8193 million tons, the sulfur dioxide emission will be reduced by 1679.87 tons, and the nitrogen oxide emission will be reduced by 3149.76 tons.
