The tender announcement shows that it is responsible for all engineering survey, design (equipment, air compressor room, power room and other buildings), complete supply of equipment, demolition of original equipment, installation and commissioning of equipment, commissioning, personnel training and technical services within the scope of general contracting of the project. The project mainly includes part of the process pipeline transformation and pipe network migration, inlet and outlet flues, reactor area system, ammonia circulation and transportation system and metering, injection system, rake and acoustic soot blower system, compressed air preparation system, ammonia and compressed air pipeline system, compressed air heat exchange (heating) system, Installation and commissioning of electrical and thermal control system (including SCR inlet and outlet flue gas analyzer, all control parameters and remote control access to the independent DCS system screen in the central control room), steel support, stair platform, external insulation, bridge and lighting, cable, monitoring, CEMS monitoring, denitration system. The Tenderer shall abide by the engineering settlement audit rules of the Tenderee, approve all construction contents, and the contract price shall be lump sum. The duration of the
project is 90 calendar days from the date of signing the contract. In addition to good reputation and relevant qualifications,
bidders are required to have no less than five similar projects completed in the past four years (from January 2021 to the present). The performance of similar projects refers to the high-temperature or medium-temperature SCR process route . Consortium bidding is not allowed
in this tender.
