Recently, the Guangxi Office of Industry and Information Technology issued the "Announcement on the Replacement Scheme of Supplementary Capacity of Cement Clinker Production Lines of Chongzuo Southern Cement Co., Ltd. and Other Three Enterprises".
In accordance with the Measures for the Implementation of Capacity Replacement in the Cement and Glass Industry (2024 edition) and the relevant policy requirements for capacity management in the cement industry, Hunan Southern Cement Group intends to supplement the production capacity index of Chongzuo Southern Cement Co., Ltd. with a daily output of 5000 tons of clinker cement production line project (the capacity replacement plan has been announced but not implemented) to Chongzuo Southern Cement Co., Ltd., Guilin Southern Cement Co., Ltd., Guangxi Golden Carp Cement Co., Ltd. and other three enterprises have four cement clinker production lines.
It is understood that Chongzuo Southern Cement originally planned to build a 5000t/d clinker production line, and the withdrawal capacity came from Jiangshan Southern Cement 2000t/d and Wangqing Northern Cement 250t/d. Xinjiang Tunhe Cement is 4000t/d, the total clinker production capacity is 6250t/d, and the replacement ratio is 1.25: 1.
At present, the above production capacity is used to supplement the production lines of Chongzuo Nanfang Cement (1250t/d), Guangxi Jinli Cement (3000t/d) and Guilin Nanfang Cement (2000t/d) respectively, with a total capacity of 6250t/d and a replacement ratio of 2:1.
According to statistics, since this year, six clinker production lines under China Building Materials have been notified that they will no longer be built, with a total capacity of 8.522 million tons (calculated according to 310 days). See the following table:
