On November 14, the Guangdong Provincial Office of Industry and Information Technology issued the "Announcement on the Capacity Replacement Scheme of Yingde Conch Cement Co., Ltd. with a daily output of 5000 tons and 4500 tons (cement clinker )".

The replacement plan shows that Shimen Conch Cement withdraws from a 4500t/d clinker production line, of which 1000t/d capacity is used to supplement Yingde Conch 3 # line , with a capacity of 6000t/d after supplement; 1250t/d is used for 1 # line , and the capacity after supplement is 5750t/d, and the replacement ratio is 2:1.
