1. Recruitment positions and requirements

1. Cement process specialty: 1 senior executive, 1 director of the central control room, 1

technician. Job responsibilities:

responsible for the process technology management and optimization of the cement production line, and solve the process problems in the production process.

· Formulate and revise the process operation procedures and technical indicators, and supervise the implementation.

· Analyze production data, propose process improvement plan, reduce energy consumption and improve product quality.

· Participate in the introduction, digestion and application of new processes and technologies.

· Cooperate with staff training related to production process.

· Requirements:

· Full-time college degree or above, major in silicate engineering, materials science and engineering, inorganic non-metallic materials, etc.

Familiar with the new dry process cement production process, with relevant work experience is preferred.

Have a good ability to analyze and solve problems, and can skillfully use office and drawing software.

· Strong sense of responsibility and good team spirit.

2. Mechanical and electrical specialty, automation specialty: 1 senior manager, 2 middle-level managers, 2

technicians. Job responsibilities:

responsible for the daily maintenance, maintenance and repair management of mechanical equipment and electrical equipment in the plant area.

· Formulate equipment maintenance plan and organize its implementation to ensure stable operation of equipment.

· Deal with the mechanical and electrical faults in the production process, analyze the causes and formulate preventive measure.

· Participate in technical transformation and update of equipment, and improve equipment operation rate.

· Be responsible for sorting and filing of relevant technical data.

· Requirements:

· Full-time college degree or above, major in mechanical design and manufacturing, electrical engineering and automation, mechatronics, etc.

· Be familiar with the mechanical or electrical principle of main equipment in cement plant (such as crusher, roller press, kiln, mill, etc.).

Have strong hands-on ability and on-site problem handling ability, can adapt to overtime and emergency repair tasks.

· Electrician certificate or relevant qualification certificate is preferred.

3. Two

kiln operators (kiln operators) · Responsibilities:

· Be responsible for the centralized monitoring and operation of the rotary kiln system in the central control room to ensure the safe, stable and efficient operation of the kiln system.

· Adjust various process parameters in strict accordance with the operating procedures, and control the clinker burning quality.

· Closely monitor the operation status of the system, timely find and report abnormal conditions, and cooperate with on-site personnel to deal with them.

· Carefully make operation records and complete the filling of production reports.

· Participate in the startup, shutdown and process adjustment of the kiln system.

· Requirements:

· Full-time college degree or above, major in silicate engineering, thermal engineering, automation, etc.

Understand the working principle and operation points of rotary kiln, experience in central control kiln operation in cement plant is preferred.

Have a strong sense of responsibility and safety awareness, quick response, can adapt to the shift system.

· Good team spirit and communication skills.
