On November 17, the Nenjiang Ecological Environment Bureau of Heihe City, Heilongjiang Province, issued a public announcement on the acceptance of EIA documents for construction projects.

It includes a concrete construction project, the concrete manufacturing and construction project of Nenjiang Yongxinshang Concrete Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 5 million yuan , an environmental protection investment of 550,000 yuan and a construction period of 2 months. According to

the EIA documents, the project is located in Songtian Potato Industry 000001 Room, Melgen Industrial Park, Nenjiang Town, Heihe City, Heilongjiang Province, covering an area of 112000 m2, leasing two new concrete production lines in the idle plant area, covering an area of 2500 m2. The production area includes 2 concrete mixers, 6 cement silos, 2 pulverized coal silos, conveying system, metering system, mixing system, etc . The annual output of commercial concrete after completion is 200,000 m3 .
