On November 15, Huaneng Qinxian Phase III 100 MW Photovoltaic Power Generation Project started in Guxian Town, Qinxian County, Changzhi City, Shanxi Province.
It is understood that Huaneng Qinxian Phase III 100 MW Photovoltaic Power Generation Project is invested and constructed by Huaze (Changzhi) Photovoltaic Power Generation Co., Ltd. with a total investment of about 371 million yuan. It is located in Guxian Village, Guozhuang Village and Bangkou Village of Guxian Town, Qinxian County. The planned installed capacity of the project is 100MW , and supporting facilities such as composite photovoltaic power generation main field, field roads, box-type inverters, power transmission and transformation equipment and 220kV booster station will be constructed .
Data show that Huaze (Changzhi) Photovoltaic Power Generation Co., Ltd. was established in February 2024, covering power generation business, transmission business, power supply (distribution) business. The controlling shareholder of the company is Huaze (Shanxi) Clean Energy Co., Ltd., which is 50% owned by Huaneng Shanxi Clean Energy Co., Ltd. and Shandong Zeheng Investment Co., Ltd.
