Answer: In recent years, China's new energy has achieved a large-scale leap in development and made historic achievements. As of September 2025, the installed capacity of wind power and solar power has reached 1.708 billion kilowatts, accounting for 46% of the national installed capacity of power generation; in the first three quarters of this year, the total wind and solar power generation reached 1.73 trillion kilowatt hours, accounting for 22.3% of the total electricity consumption of the whole society in the same period.
With the increasing scale of new energy and the increasing proportion of electricity, the development of new energy has also encountered challenges such as the increasing pressure of system absorption and the increasing difficulty of factor support. It is urgent to change the mode of new energy development, construction and operation, and realize the transformation from "individual combat" to integrated development. Answer: Different from the traditional development mode of simply considering the construction of new energy projects, the integrated development of new energy requires full consideration of the "left and right" integration of new energy and other energy varieties, the "front and back" integration of new energy production and consumption, and the "up and down" integration of new energy industry chain in the process of new energy development and utilization. Answer: The first is to enhance the level of multi-variety complementary development of new energy, optimize the power supply structure and energy storage allocation ratio of the "Shagehuang" new energy base, and actively promote the integrated development of water, wind and solar energy in major river basins. We will promote the complementary development of centralized new energy projects such as wind, solar and gas storage in the province. Secondly, we should strengthen the intensive and compound utilization of new energy development space, promote the intensive site selection and cluster development of new energy, and realize the sharing of site space, infrastructure and regulation capacity. Thirdly, we should promote the integration and development of distributed new energy in many fields, and promote the development and utilization of distributed new energy in transportation, construction, agriculture and rural areas.
