Hainan Ruize: Judicial Auction of 15.0027 Million Shares of the Company Held by Shareholders Was Withdrawn

Hainan Ruize (002596) announced in the evening of July 20 that the Qionghai City Court of Hainan Province was scheduled to auction a total of 15.027 million shares of the company held by shareholder Sanya Daxing Group Co., Ltd. on Taobao Judicial Auction Network Platform from 10:00 on July 21 to 10:00 on July 22.

Recently, the company inquired through Taobao Judicial Auction Network Platform and learned that the judicial auction had been withdrawn because the parties reached a settlement without auctioning property.
