On November 12, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Heilongjiang Province issued a public announcement on the supplementary capacity replacement scheme for the 3460t/d cement clinker production line project of Jixi Sailong Cement Manufacturing Co., Ltd.

According to the announcement, Yuci Cement Co., Ltd. of Zhihai Enterprise Group transferred 1920t/d production capacity to the 2500t/d clinker line of Jixi Sailong Cement Manufacturing Co., Ltd. to supplement 960t/d production capacity. After the supplement, the production capacity is 3640t/d, and the replacement ratio is 2:1.
