Announcement of Replacement Plan for Supplementary Capacity of Hunan Southern Cement's 8666t/d and 5500t/d Cement Clinker Production Lines

On November 12, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Hunan Province issued a public announcement on the replacement scheme of supplementary production capacity of Shaofeng Southern Cement Co., Ltd. and Shaoyang Southern Cement Co., Ltd. from November 12, 2025 to November 25, 2025 (10 working days).

According to the announcement, the original 8000t /d cement clinker production line project of Hunan Shaofeng Southern Cement Co., Ltd. will supplement 666t /d production capacity, which will be 8666 t/d after supplement. The replacement ratio is 1.5: 1, and the transferred production capacity comes from a 2500t/d clinker line of Hunan Longhui Southern Cement Co., Ltd. The original 4500t/d cement clinker line

of Shaoyang Southern Cement Co., Ltd. will be supplemented with a capacity of 1000t/d, and the supplemented capacity will be 5500t/d, with a replacement ratio of 1.5: 1. The transferred capacity is also from the 2500t/d clinker line of Hunan Longhui Southern Cement Co., Ltd.
