On November 11, the tender announcement for EPC general contracting project of 275 MW drug-photovoltaic complementary photovoltaic power generation project (excluding photovoltaic module procurement) in Menghai County of China Resources New Energy was issued. The tenderer is China Resources New Energy (Jinghong) Co., Ltd .
It is understood that the project is located in Manmian Village and Hekai Village, Menghai County, Xishuangbanna Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province , with a scale of 275 MW. As well as the survey and design of the booster station, excluding the outgoing line. The details are as follows:
In terms of performance, bidders are required from October 1, 2022 to the deadline for bidding. EPC performance of two or more ground centralized photovoltaic power stations (with project capacity of 100MW or above ) formally put into operation, with supporting documents provided. According to the above performance requirements, the members of the consortium shall provide the design and construction performance corresponding to the consortium agreement of this bidding, and the non-consortium bidding shall provide the corresponding performance of all scopes (one design and one construction performance is a valid performance, which can be different projects). In terms of
time arrangement, the total construction period of the project is planned to be 425 calendar days from commencement to completion and acceptance.
Specifically, the preliminary design of the project is planned to be reviewed on December 25, 2025; the formalities will be handled on February 28, 2026; the ground will be broken on March 1, 2026; the construction of photovoltaic field foundation will be started on March 15, 2026; the installation of photovoltaic modules will be started on April 15, 2026; The installation of all photovoltaic modules will be completed on October 30, 2026; the first batch of photovoltaic power generation units will be connected to the grid for power generation on November 15, 2026; the full capacity will be connected to the grid for power generation on December 30, 2026; and the completion acceptance will be completed on April 30, 2027. Consortium bidding is allowed
in this tender , and the number of consortium members shall not exceed 2. The bid
closing/opening time is 09:30 on December 3, 2025.
