On November 12, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Hunan Province issued a public announcement on the supplementary capacity replacement plan for the 8800 tons per day cement clinker production line project of Ningyuan Hongshi Cement Co., Ltd. from November 11, 2025 to November 24, 2025 (10 working days).

On November 12, the Hunan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology issued a public announcement on the replacement plan for the 8800 tons per day cement clinker production line project of Ningyuan Hongshi Cement Co., Ltd. The publicity time is from November 11, 2025 to November 24, 2025 (10 working days).

According to the announcement, Hongshi Holding Group Co., Ltd. intends to change the 5004t/d production capacity of the 5600t/d cement clinker production line project of Huayuan Hongshi Cement Co., Ltd. (Which has been announced but not implemented) to the original 5500t/d production line of Ningyuan Hongshi Cement Co., Ltd., with a replacement ratio of 1.516: 1 and a supplementary capacity of 3300 t/d. After replenishment, the capacity is 8800t/d.

Hubei signed a contract for the project of 3 million tons/year phosphogypsum-based sulfuric acid co-production of cement clinker

Recently, China Chemical Engineering Donghua Company and Hubei Huiyang New Materials Co., Ltd. formally signed a design contract for 3 million tons/year phosphogypsum sulphuric acid co-production cement clinker project. The signing of the contract marks the further deepening of cooperation between the two sides in the field of phosphogypsum resource utilization, and injects new impetus into the green and low-carbon development of the phosphorus chemical industry. Meng Chenzhou, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Donghua Company, and Xu Jinchong, Chairman of Hubei Huiyang New Materials Co., Ltd., jointly attended the signing ceremony and signed the contract on behalf of the enterprise.
