On November 11, the Suining Bureau of Ecology and Environment of Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province, issued a public announcement on the acceptance and approval of the environmental impact report form for the technical renovation project of Xuzhou Ronghua New Building Materials Co., Ltd. with an annual output of 500000 cubic meters of commercial concrete. The publicity period is from November 12 to November 18, 2025.
According to the announcement, the project is located on the west side of Shuangling Road, Shuanggou Town, Suining County. The total investment of the project is 30 million yuan, including 300,000 yuan for environmental protection. The construction period is 3 months. The construction unit is Xuzhou Ronghua New Building Materials Co., Ltd. The existing project
of Xuzhou Ronghua New Building Materials Co., Ltd. has an annual production capacity of 1 million cubic meters of ready-mixed concrete. The specifications of raw material stones required in the products are 20-31.5mm. Due to the improvement of the company's product quality, the specifications of raw material stones required can not be higher than 10mm, and the stones sold on the market can not meet the current demand for products. Therefore, Xuzhou Ronghua New Building Materials Co., Ltd. intends to carry out technical renovation of the existing production process. The content of this
technical transformation is to crush the purchased 20-31.5mm stones to make their specifications meet the product quality requirements of commercial concrete. After the technical transformation, the production capacity of commercial concrete in the production line will not be increased. All the stones after preliminary crushing will be used for their own use and will not be sold out. The production capacity of the whole plant has been reduced to 500000 cubic meters of ready-mixed concrete per year.
