the bidder: from January 1, 2022 to the date of publication of this tender announcement (including the date of publication), the cumulative amount of domestic contracts signed by the bidder for N-type crystalline silicon modules shall not be less than 4GWp.
LOT II: BC Assembly; Estimated Capacity 400 MWp; Power Requirements: 610-650 Wp; Technical Requirements: BC Technology. The length of each component is not more than 2468 mm, and the width is not more than 1136 mm.
Bidder's performance requirements: from January 1, 2022 to the date of publication of this tender announcement (including the date of publication), the cumulative amount of contracts signed by the bidder for N-type BC components shall not be less than 10MWp.

bidding. The Bidder must be a manufacturer of crystalline silicon modules. The bidder can bid for two bid sections concurrently, but can only win one bid section.
It is worth noting that the maximum bidding price of this procurement tender is RMB 0. The winning bidder shall be able to sign a contract with the third party designated by the tenderee according to the bid price of this project.

1. This project is signed by Guangzhou Development New Energy Group Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Development Power Group Co., Ltd. and the winning bidder. Specific individual procurement contracts are signed by the project companies responsible for new energy business under Guangzhou Development Group Co., Ltd. and the winning bidders respectively. Due to the influence of the national new energy industry policy, there are some uncertainties in the actual demand, and the tenderer does not guarantee the accuracy of the procurement project and the accuracy of the final allocation of supply capacity. The Bidder shall not be responsible for the difference between the actual procurement specification and quantity and the bidding scope. The Bidder shall fully consider the risks, and the final procurement quantity and specification shall be subject to the actual project demand.
2. The bidder can supply the positive deviation components according to the bid price and price adjustment mechanism.
3. The bidder must be able to accept the supply allocation of all new energy projects of Guangzhou Development Group Co., Ltd. and be able to take into account the supply of projects in various regions.
4. Components are mainly supplied in Guangzhou, Jiangmen, Shaoguan, Qingyuan, Heyuan, Huizhou, Meizhou, Chaoshan, Maoming and other places in Guangdong Province, and in Guangxi, Fujian, Yunnan, Hunan, Tianjin, Hubei, Jiangsu, Chongqing, Gansu, Xinjiang and other places. 5. The bid winner shall be able to supply goods to the third party designated by the tenderee according to the bid price of the project.

1.7, provided that it is not lower than quality and technical standards of the product, and approved by the tenderee. The bid winner can supply other types of PV modules designated by the tenderee to the tenderee according to the bid price of this project.
