On March 13, the 14th China Cement Industry Summit and TOP100 Award Ceremony Technology Special Event sponsored by China Cement Network was held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. Fan Shengqiang, Marketing Director of Sred Environmental Protection, made a keynote report on RDF/SRF Preparation Technology for Alternative Fuel of High Quality Cement Kiln.
Fan Shengqiang introduced that Si Ruide turned waste into energy. The cumulative output of alternative fuel prepared by Sriad harden equipment is more than 50 million tons. Fan Shengqiang shared his experience in the preparation of alternative fuels for cement kilns:
alternative fuel sources: industrial and commercial waste, decoration waste, domestic waste, waste oil, organic solvents, etc.
Fuel quality: calciner > 3300Kcal/kg (size: 50mm), kiln head 4500Kcal/kg (size: < 30mm).
Equipped with matching and kiln feeding system to ensure uniform calorific value, uniform size, stable transportation and accurate measurement. The replacement rate of TSR can be easily increased to 60%
by adopting the multi-point feeding form of kiln head + decomposition furnace + flue gas chamber + tertiary air duct. Bypass process is
introduced to reduce the impact of harmful elements.
